If you’ve ever spent 3 hours on the phone with someone who doesn’t seem to know very much about QuickBooks® and knows even less about contracting type transactions, then you know what I mean.
With our Tech Support Agreement, you will be assigned your own QuickBooks® expert who is trained in dealing with construction-specific transactions and the unique job reports you are looking for. No more explaining your business to someone before you even get to the question. This level of expertise allows your expert to anticipate the underlying goals behind your questions and give you better ways of handling transactions to get the results you really want. You will speak to that same person each time you call and that person will be an accountant and will be based in the U.S.!!!
